' Dermi, Busy Having A Rest.'

' Dermi, Busy Having A Rest.'

Dermi is all handmade and designed by KA. His clothes were designed and hand sewn out of a new green and cream lady's sock as was his hat. His scarf was crocheted by KA and boots were also make out of the sock.; KA hand painted his hands and face. He is made of polymer clay on a wire base that has been stuffed with silver foil and wrapped in tape . He is securely wired to the base and the log behind him. Dermi was so much fun to make and came together over a period of 6 months. The log, sticks and other bits and pieces strewn about were locally sourced. His bottle and shovel were added later they came from a commercial provider. He is a one of and a treasure to be kept and handed down from generation to generation.
